Okay guys, you can all tear me to pieces on this until I understand better. Let us just imagine that the digplayer and Edig do have a fabulous potentially for Wencor, who has some money. (Forget about my numbers I am just gonna round em off). Let`s say that Wencor was anticipating an order for, say 20,000 units...$2,000 per..That is $40 million.

They need to come up with 50% up front for delivery. Well, who is going to come up with the other portion of the balance of the manufacturing costs, (say, $16 mil) and, and just who is going to have to come up with that money? A cash strapped company named Edig. Correct? So, perhaps this 100 million shares is going to be used to raise capital to get us on this road, as well as any potential deals with Kino down the road. Could it possibly be that simple? And maybe that is why Wencor has done what they have done and said what they have said, because of their well founded uncertainty that edig can survive without this?
