EDIG gets its deposits/payments in advance of orders, then goes to manufacture.

Wencor has recognized the growth trend in IFE and saw that the current portable leader, APS, was ripe for the taking. Now they are trying to own as much IFE related technology/personel to further leverage themselves in this relatively unclaimed space.

IMS helps them to improve their embedded version of the digEsystem. It may also give them more options than that, such as developing their own version or use that to negotiate better terms with EDIG.

I certainly hope Wencor clarifies its position with respect to EDIG, to our benefit.

Beyond that, and well before the IMS acquisition, EDIG has foreshadowed in several shareholder communications that the market for ``BEYOND IFE`` products is the next big thing.

We will all be a lot smarter in the next couple of weeks when Atul and company release more details regarding the direction they are taking this company.
