Furthermore, let`s say this passes, and because of secrecy, as well as timing issues, Wencor & Edig are allowed to announce something along the lines of a deal like I just stated...If that were to happen, the price of Edig would certainly spike, making whatever number of shares they had to issue to start, worth much more than they are now?
