There is nothing being discussed here that they do not already intimately know.

It's all public knowledge(patents) and the more the public knows the better off this company is.

I want to screw them into the ground for the 7 year wait.

Now that you seem to have an opinion of my comments and what they might convey....what specifically do you feel I'm commenting on might be too revealing or give ideas of defence?

The first thing I want is the challenge of the nonvolatile memory use that they are trying to convey to the judge to blow up.
