The company has referenced this as far back as last February but the impact was lessened by the unknown and doubt of such vague refernces.

Today we see a 90 day window to the hearing of new patents and new business developments, aside from the current IP litigation by DM.

It's all good...and will be better as the market begins to take notice.

Not everybody follows 24/7, so it is wise to keep such key developments on topic and in focus regarding this investment.
