all of us would love to see DM go after apple and none of us know for sure if he will . If he does go after the big A then IMO we have a 75% + chance of a settlement.....If DM does not go after Apple then we still have 173 others...most of which can easily afford a $5-10 mil settlement. Either way ,things look pretty &*^% good for EDIG

DM is batting 1000 so far... heck if he ends up batting 500% we will still have a pretty good chunk of change in the bank
