Of course it was an estimate based on comments made by the company as to the value of the lawsuits, an investment by a purchaser and some number crunching based on an accepatable Return on investment, including present value and other elements.

There were also a number of unknown variables whcih I tried to consider, a guess on my part.

I think we are confusing ourselves with various terms, speculation, guesstimates, estimates, analyses, etc.

Of course it was a speculation on my part, put a name tag on it, that's fine with me.

Let's just make sure our speculations are realistic and have a high chance of success or over achieving by a multiple factor, I would like nothing more than a buy out 2-3 times what I estimated.
