The people that can be misled are all those who might believe that the decision of the court is in the bag. As a matter of fact, this is exactly what you insinuate by using the 10 for 10 point. None of these settlements were associated with court decisions. They were rather weak sisters that didn't want to get exposed to conceivably great expenses. One of them was not; and we never heard about the details of their settlement. I really wonder why? Now about the point of my past projections that DIs mentioned: They were based primarily on available facts; namely, the amounts of settled cases. The ball game is now different. Sofar every firm has chosen to challenge our claims. If and when some of them decide to settle, that will be a change again in the game. Until then just relax and we are no where at this point. The case is certainly hopeful and the odds are still 75 to 25 according to someone who has already taken a bet. But I will stop here.
