• Frederick P. Fish died in 1930, not 1933. I posted this info for the first time today.
• Why do you think Mark Fischer was most likely the defense lawyer for AAPL when there are 352 attorneys and 173 principals at Fish & Richardson? By the way, what exactly is a "principal"? Is it another way of saying "partner"?
• Of course it's certainly possible Mr. Fischer is helping with the case outside of the courtroom but he is not an attorney of record in the case. Because I don't have any evidence that he isn't assisting, doesn't make me believe he is.

Bottom line is we have a great team in DM and I have full confidence in their abilities. I don't want to even think about where we'd be without them.
