Hopefully!!!

The influx of smart phones, tablets etc is so fast a furious it is hard to keep up with all these CE products. Fierce competition for market share and dominance, with being the 1st one to deploy a new widget, maybe making mistakes regarding the use of IP without proper DD, thus being a target like all the suits we see between the major players.

I've said it before, it seems these big outfits actually "plan" on litigation costs and budget for it no less!!!

Possibly all to EDIG's benefit in the end.
