In Dec 2009 both the BOD and executive officers were granted new options at $.155 per share. As far as I know they have not been exercised.

Again in June of 2010 both the BOD and executive officers were granted new options at $.09 per share. I don't think any have been exercised.

The shares granted ranged from 50k to Polis to 500k to Falk.

The discussion around the grants was based on the fact that favorable decisions had been put into place, yet the rewards to date were not sufficient to justify the amounts of the grants, particularly to the BOD.

8 to 10 settlements is a long way from generating hundreds of millions of dollars and perhaps after we see sufficient income coming from the majority of the 174 identified, there will be plenty of justification for some nice grants and bonuses.
