Disagree.....I don't anticipate many exiting before the Markman, possibly a few, but the remainder will carry on to the process.

And as to the ruling, we may find the ruling favorable, but there will be several levels of the ruling and we may only win some of them. Depending on the strength of the ruling, DM will then decide on the amounts to settle, there could be major differences between a single point ruling and a significant all encompass ruling.

These levels are based on the different complexities of the patents and we may not win on every point.
