Yes...on receiving the Markman date...I've considered that as well.

We'll have to see how the court weighs in on the joint motion....perhaps at the status meeting 12-10-10 they'll get closer to resolving that matter if DM has not received what it needs.

The way things are happening it's hard to figure if there's cooperation or not. I feel I'm reading the same stuff re-fried.
