I agree, After reading the Uniloc artile, sman found I noted there shuold be somewhere between 150 and 160 remaining prospective defendants. Given a successfull markman result, Duane Morris would like elect to file against a larger number of defendants than the 19 they identified in the last round of infringers. A number of the remaing have likely been identified as second tier and in my opinion are infringers that will likely go all the way to trial. The majority would likely be divided into manageable groups. Divide the remainder by 2, 3, 4 and the result will give you groupings of 30 - 50. I believe there is about 3 years left before our patent expires and I would think they would want to identify all 174 infringers before that happens. That would include tier 2.
