The patents expire between 2014 and 2016, but I do not know in which order?

I tend to think if the Markman is successful, many will come to us for a license and past monies due, vs being named in a suit 1st. AS to the balance....

I also read here, I think from Gil, that enforcement for past claims can go back 6 years (??) before expiration? I'm not clear on this?

Not cut and dry if I understand what many have posted here.
