I agree with ricardo with a 3rd event:

1. settlements

2. favorable Markman

3. significant announcement at February stockholder's meeting

Everything is a "closely guarded secret" for every event that has happened to Edigital. I don't expect an atom bomb at the stockholder's meeting, but the timing for the meeting is intriging. Why February? Something is in the wind! Let's hope it's BIG!
