My head remains focused on the delay of announcements, putting off the SHM from Nov as it was held last year to Feb, then Mar. Note: the PR did not say the have postponed the SHM a month, just it will be in Mar...threw it out the with few words.

In 2008 it was Sept 17th, so we thought ditto 2009, but it was held Nov 19th. And guess what...they became debt free Sept/Oct and announced it at the meeting. Clap/clap...did the crowd. There were some other some what significant comments as reported here, and these assumed events did not materialize as planned, so they put off news until next qtr and extended to SHM 30 days.

Now, does anyone think the BOD want to attend a meeting with Fred as the keynote speaker, with nothing happening before hand and nothing to offer in person? How many buckets of tar and bags of feathers do you think would show up that day?

I think we are in such shock with the RP thing, and "elements" not being announced "this year, to attract significant new investor interest" we all want a piece of someone.

IMO, there is something brewing and it will be told over the next 3+ months, little at a time.
