You asked, so I will respond. I.M.O. I think that the settlement, although maybe revised somewhat, will remain in place, without those conditions. Hence, withdrawal of all attorneys.

I have not commented on the happenings of last week. I have no idea, but I, like Disch and others, have been let down, again, and all we can do is sell, or wait to see how this all pans out. That is what I have decided, WAIT! AGAIN!

No sells from me, just antiicipation of a great 2011. (not sure why), just a feeling.
