At last year's shareholder's meeting, several people heard RP say e.Digital wasn't for sale for less than $21/share. Maybe they've been offered $5 - $7/share, RP balked and the BOD bounced him out. LOL
Actually, I think there are big plans for the new EDIG and RP/BOD realized they need a more qualified & techie person to run it. IMO, they'll be announcing a new Vice President next quarter, along with the new patents/business. A lot happening in the next 3 months!
