I asked RP about that subject.
He told me that the comment came from the floor initially. Someone asked would you take $21.00 a share and he stated he would, but never said that it would have to be more than that amount.
Doesn't really matter who is correct.
If a suitor came along today and asked if I would take 3 or 4 dollars a share, I would run to the bank and cash the check. That's me, others may think the company is worth more, but many think not.
