I completely agree with your big picture view.

As for reducing the outstanding share count now or later I suppose is dependent on the size of the settlements and the nature of the new business opportunities that present themselves as a result of the new technologies under development. Announcing the intention to reduce share count is just another signal to the market that EDIG has turned the corner, whether implemented now or later.

It is a very good place to be in the history of this investment.

Now, what announcements do we have to look forward to and what management additions might we see?
