MMs are likely distributing shares and working the spread, as the accumulation ensues as buyers step up, wanting EDIG but not yet willing to raise the bid...not yet.

As noted, this is a bullish indicator for a "pop" and considering what is on the table with the anticipation of the Markman and the new IP Group, it makes the most sense to me.

I am just surprised it didn't start earlier.
