The most interesting thing for me right now is to see if RP exercises his options. If he doesn't move at least some of them, then some investors may just wait until the Markman ruling is out. We actually had a better pps leading up to the other settlements then what is now on the table with all these "elements". I don't expect the pps to change until the Judge's ruling is issued.
