If INTEL were to consider a buyout then my guess is that other companies would also show some interest, as building their intellectual property rights portolios is part of their business models as well.

The more EDIG focuses on their new EDIG division while growing their patent base, the more attractive they become.

With a positive Markman hearing, EDIG takes a big step forward and the likelihood of them being taken seriously increases substantially, as will the PPS.

The PRs of the past 15 months, as illustrated in my earlier post, all focus on these elements falling into place. The Markman hearing going down this Friday, coupled with the new technologies and patent announcements they have referenced, are some of those key elements needed to make fiscal 2011 dynamic.
