Doesn't matter if it is cash or a stock swap, all the same can be calculated as cash.

Example.......Intel $21.00

Lets say we want an amount equal to $3.00 per share.

Edig current $.10 x 30 = $3.00

Inter $21.00 /$3.00 =7

Swap: 7 edig to 1 intel

7 edig at $.10=$.70 x 30= $21.00
