I'd like to see the company buy back shares with a meager portion of the settlements, especially at this price.

Talk about a quick way of reducing the float and increasing EPS... $1,000,000 put aside from let's say settlement number 9 of the current defendants at today's price is 10,000,000 shares +/-, if the MMs were dumb enough to let it go at this price.....
