The explanation I got was that DM wasn't going to proceed with the second round of infringers until the first round was concluded. Both DM and EDIG wanted the seed money under our belts before taking on additional infringers. The calculation was we're better off with a bird in the hand than waiting for the two in the bush.....ie we might still be litigating against Samsung with the second round still in the wings. I wasn't particularly enamoured with that explanation at the time but I do think it was the right course of action in retrospect. We still have no idea what may result from the cross licensing agreements with Samsung. Those agreements along with other cross licensing agreements could play a role in the receintly announced division.

If there is any question as to the type of baseball Dwane Morris is playing, I'd suggest a reread of Silversurfer's play by play and acknowledge they play hardball with a focus on hitting home runs.....Did anyone notice spring training already started!
