What smart phones, tablets and the like bring to EDIG or not, is yet to be seen. These puppies were not around, well maybe a semi-smart phone at the time, but this statement by RP was made 6 months after the TX case was filed in Mar-2008.

Re: past and future monies due us from known products at the time DM started their DD with Dr Pat leading the charge begining in 2007.

At the 2008 SHM during Fred's presentation a slide showed the CE market numbers from I think 1996 thru 2006. It may have not gone back as far as 1996....? Anyway, 2006 was $30 Bln. During Q&A, a question on 2008 numbers, and $50 Bln was the educated guess. I believe 2008 ended up being about $40 Bln when the numbers came out last year?? Don't quote me on that....

Of course this is all CE products combined, not just the 4 at the time per EDIG's claims for cell phones, digital cameras, cam corders and PDA's.

Going back to the begining of the patents, fast forward to 2011, then calc out to the end of the patent life, if just 5% had EDIG inside and we got just a nickle per device....??
