I share in your cautiously optimistic viewpoint. Allways hear that darn expected word in their releases and then let down once more....Now is the time for the effective news.

I don't think anyone wants to hear we are going to trail in 2012 for the Colorado bunch.

With Teac done(of course $$ value is unknown), we need to see a few more settlements whether before or after MH ruling...Would be nice to have the ruling before conference on the 14th...Favorable or not, management would have to answer the future direction of the company based on the ruling...
