The future of the company is in the MH ruling. The CC is just fluff since the the addition of a new name of the janitor's grouping. The problem is that company is living on life support as it does not have a favorable steady revenue source. Just because they are applying for new patents does not in of itself mean revenue. the company needs a steady source of revnue from either a product or service that can replace the failing IFE which it appears to be phasing out. The last few settlements have just about paid the salaries and the light bill.

They have not agreed to the wording and that is of great importance to all of us. I am reminded of the old legal adage the long the jury(judge) is out the better for the defendant. Obviously, I hope that not to be true.
