In a nut shell, legal corrections wanted from our fellas here, both sides stated there definition/terms/claims re: the patents in question, presented it, Jan 28, defense had an expert withness and DM cross examed, Woody was also on the stand...now we wait for a judges decision.

It is far more complicate and detailed...but that's the bottom line in simple terms.
