If the present ruling stands or if the appeal doesn't work in reversing the decision, it is no big deal.

That is based on a favorable ruling, all we have to do is add the amount for any discovery costs we feel are not warranted to the dollar amount we would have settled for based on an unfair ruling.

Its a matter of what we are willing to settle for, if they don't agree, then we go to court and ask for added damages. With a jury, its the little guy being beaten up by the big guy, somewhat in our favor.
