I viewed it a bit differently. It is just good advise from the defendants lawyers. Much like a deposition, you only answer what you need to. You don't go try to explain everything and clear up notions of innocence even if you are. They are wisely [not that I like it] making our lawyers and the judge do their job appropriately. If they don't, then they have a push in their direction that should probably not have been there. Thats just the way it works. Gladly however it appears that DM is on top of things and doing their job appropriately.
