Couple comments 1) other than the fact that Judge K's plate looks pretty full based on prior posts, your layman's logic sounds solid to me. If a few extra weeks is what it takes to get a pro EDIG ruling who cares. 2) Could the Pacer information be posted at anytime? Meaning, before trading hours, during, after trading hours or even on the weekend? Thanks again for your efforts
