Well .... all that aside, the irons are still hot. Where you, apparently, are tying to cool them off.

774 is important with the new accreditation. It's physical methods can stand, perhaps now unchallengeable, without killing other case issues that have nothing to do directly with it. The only thing in question for infringement issues will be just that and nothing else.

737, as a process within 774, with new accreditation is important....A positive appeal of 737 would be better for it's own sake, as an already tested and simpler prosecution of inf ringers, they would not have to revert to 445, as that is still an option of function within 774.

New approach, it's just a matter of pulling the trigger....or wait on the appeal process to play out.
