Licensing gives a company the right to use the tech they licensed period .if you purchased microsoft office 2000 you are licensed to use 2000 only . Now 2010 came out if you want to use it you pay for it . With edig they licensed current ip. if nunchi comes out samsung is 100% not entitled to use it under their current agreement . they would have to license nunchi. HB G F Y
