Often times ones invention takes on greater imp[ortance as other things come on line. It could ver well be that at the time of its first coming on the scene there was little need for it. But since things became more aggressive then the need became more wanted. How can anyone match what took place today with what happened 5 or ten years ago. Just look how aggressive the phone industry has become in the last few year. If EDIG is today in the middle of it all by their Paterns and these companies used it knowingly or unknowing ly, they will have to pay. The Markman decision is the key to our success.
