Do you consider there to be an initial process to the patent linage/inventiveness that must be recognized first?

If not, you might re-consider.

The sophistication of MicroOS compared to 774 is not an issue yet....where in the scheme of things....the ancestry is separate.

With that, management know exactly what they have....and how the patents are justified.
