Let me just jump in here with a guess. Silver is right, nobody knows for sure. It is my belief that you are correct, and unless something very important comes up, they will not comment until the ruling. That is the proper thing to do when involved in a LAWSUIT! ALWAYS, expecially from law enforcement and attorneys. J.M.O. I expect nothing before the ruling, unless of course, the company actually releases some results prior to pacers.
