With all this time that has transpired, there is little doubt in MHO, that it has to be a mixed bag coming from the judge, hence the long wait. I'm of the opinion that it does not bode well for edig in the sence that it's not a strong validation of the patents we all were banking on.
I base this opinion on several facts 1 the small settlements prior, 2 the lenght of time we have been waiting (124 days) to decide if infringement has taken place or not and 3 last but not least .08 forever.
Believe me when I say I would love to be wrong, wrong, wrong and I'm always encourged when reading all the repeated hype on this forum of expected this or that but the almighty S/P is the powerful arbitrator in all matters dealing with stocks.
Again I'd love too be wrong and I'm just as sure that the protectors of the positive side will deem this hogwash or bashing but when your 71 years old and your earning power has diminished your last resort is banking on such dreams, and that is exactly where I'm coming from. Have a good day from a grumpy old man. Oh wait tomorrow is edig thursday.
