I, for one, agree with you on hoping you are wrong.

Regardless of the rationale, most cases take several months to conclude and the results fall both ways regardless of the time frame, so I don't think your reasons are necessarily valid.

It could go either way, no doubt about it, but when you look at the history of EDIG from the earliest stages of the flash based markets, it is clear they laid claim to some key elements in this sector. Whether the judge agrees or not is another matter, and this is all about claims construction for the pending trials.

I don't think you're a basher, just a Red Sox fan who was bred to expect the worst. Once every 82 years or so does that to you. (lol)
