Can't use that low hanging fruit since the settlements of the so called second tier are smaller. Samsung had a lot of products in the mix..lets count cell phones as compared to cameras never mind music systems etc. .

My biggest concern is that there still isn't a constant revenue stream to keep this company going between settlements. It seems that the settlements are in the amounts to keep the salaries, the rent and the lights functioning. If nunchi isn't brought to market soon then even if it is a better item, the big boys and their R/D might have found a more profitable and functional product.
