I remain grateful to your rational approach in addressing all things EDIG on this Board...

For example, everyone seems to think that Just because EDIG sued some one, they are entitled to Millions in pay backs...

In real life, this is not the way it works. As every one here should know, a Law suit has several componants, which in legal jargon are reduced to (1) establishing liability, and (2) Blackboarding the damages...

Thus, when Nokia sues Microsoft, and get a Jury Verdict for $ 800 Million dollars, they have convinced the Jury that Microsoft was "Liable", and that Nokia had suffered $ 800 Million dollars in damages.

In EDIG's case DM is at the phase of getting a Decision which he hopes will rule favorably on claim constructions, so as he can proceed to trial in the case. Thus, it is not certain yet as to what the damages are, as the VERDICT had ruled in Nokia's case...

And in short, we better leave this matter to DM for they know what they are doing.
