That is true; and the PR didn't say anything about a one-time payment. However that
doesn't mean we didn't receive one, only that Panasonic wanted to keep that detail confidential.

I look at it this way: We got something from Panasonic since we could always have gotten
nothing from them later - presumably after the Markman ruling went against us. DM could
settle for less early if that is their call, but I don't understand why they would settle
for nothing early.
