With profound respect....Baloney! It also doesn't mean EDIG didn't win the NJ Lottery, either. I understand these NDAs are part of the quid pro quo process, but this appears to be a pattern that makes the assessment of the value of these settlements virtually impossible. There's a fundamental flaw here somewhere but, without details, I can't determine what it is. Too much is being withheld from the SHs.
