He could ( should ) post a shareholder alert saying DM remains commited to Edigitals patents. I can't and won't believe DM doesn't have a plan B or C . One does not get to the caliber of DM without thinking ahead, and DM wouldn't put its name on the line if they didn't believe in Edigital at the start. With that shareholder alert the stock would be up to .08-10. We should have a better quater with settlememnts to be posted 8-15. Damage control is what is needed.
