So in essence, you are saying that even with this ruling, products produced by the defendents are infringing, even if they contain other memory besides Flash, such as ROM or RAM, but it depends on how that memory is used? In the front end processing or the back end processing?

It is very hard for an engineer like myself to understand all this legal mumbo jumbo.
