since DM knows the views of the court and where it is heading I think IMVHO that they will request the court to give its opinion regarding the other 7 claims and request from the judge to set a date for Jury selection and a trial date and let the Jury decide the faith of EDIG based on the claims as viewed by the court, since the judge cannot invalidate any patents unless it was invalidated by the issuing gov't agency the USPTO.

I am confident the USPTO will Validate the patent as issued since the issues was talked about, discussed and demonstrated to the Agency that is why the patent was issued after complete understanding how the tech works.

it is a matter of days to see how things will play. and from the Great work by Sman998 I think that we will prevail in court or on appeaL.
