The crux of the issue is this...getting this case out of my courtroom
No decision is a decision! At least this way, there will be no reversal of her decision...only a move to another court(appeal). Let someone else take the heat. I'm still waiting for the response from DM. Will it be appeal, filing documents with more evidence, trial date, or what? No matter what the result, we are looking at more waiting time.
