I am surprised at lack of comments on this...

Remembering that Judge Krieger ASKED for a brief on her NON-DECSION from the parties, it could be she will jump at the chance of changing her Ruling...

She already knows DM does not care MUCH for her last ORDER. And if she is to Rule on the Joint Motion by 8/28 on 737, that may just have her see the light on 774 and change her ruling also...

Either way, what ever she says by 8/28 shall have a significant impact on the cours of the litigation...
